- Great for busy families, rentals, and multi-dog yards
- Add deodorizing for a fresher yard between visits
Initial Yard Cleanup (First-Time or Heavy Buildup)
If your yard hasn’t been serviced recently or has heavy buildup, an Initial Yard Cleanup may be required before starting routine service.
Starts at $50 for first 30 min
If you start recurring service the same day, we can apply $20 credit toward your first monthly cycle
Recurring pricing assumes normal accumulation based on the selected service frequency.
Excessive accumulation beyond that scope is billable separately.

First-Time or Heavy Buildup?
$50 to startIf your yard hasn’t been serviced recently, an Initial Yard Cleanup comes first — $50 for the first 30 minutes, then $1 per minute until it’s done. We tell you the estimate before we start.
Start recurring service the same day and we’ll credit $20 toward your first month.
Yard Deodorizing
$10 per visitAn eco-friendly, kennel-grade treatment applied to the whole yard. It neutralizes odor-causing bacteria and keeps things fresher between cleanups.
Safe for dogs. Add it to any plan — just say so when you book.
Yard Access & Pet Safety
We need two things on every service day: a way in, and a yard we can work in safely. Both are easy to get right.
- Secure your dogs indoors or away from the service area before we arrive
- Unlock the gate, or give us a gate code we can use
- Keep pathways clear enough for our tech to walk the yard
- Text 727-644-0723 at least 24 hours ahead to skip a visit free
If We Can’t Service Your Yard
Sometimes we arrive and can’t do the job. When the reason is on our end, you’re made whole. When it’s an access issue on your end, we split the cost of the trip with you.
A visit will be skipped if the gate is locked or blocked, a dog is loose in the yard, or conditions are unsafe. When that happens the visit is not rescheduled. We keep 50% of that visit’s rate for the trip, and credit the other 50% toward your next cycle.
A skipped visit means extra accumulation waiting for us at the next one. A $10 catch-up fee is added to the visit following any skipped or paused service. Heavy buildup may require an Initial Yard Cleanup, and we’ll tell you before we do the work, never after.
If we miss a visit because of weather, our schedule, or our own error, there’s no fee of any kind and the visit is credited in full. Weather reschedules are always free.
Give us 24 hours’ notice and we’ll skip the visit with no fee at all. A text to 727-644-0723 is enough. If your gate code changes, or a dog is staying with you for a few weeks, tell us once and we’ll note it on your route.
Managing an HOA, apartment community, or park?

FAQs
Do I need to be home?
No, we can ensure your yard is left spotless by the time you arrive, as long as we have access to it.
What happens if my dog is in the yard?
We won't enter a yard with a loose dog — it isn't safe for our technician or for your dog. Please secure all dogs indoors or away from the service area before your scheduled window. If we arrive and a dog is loose, the visit is skipped and not rescheduled: we keep 50% of the visit rate for the trip, credit the other 50% to your next cycle, and add a $10 catch-up fee to your next visit. Give us 24 hours' notice by text and we'll skip the visit free instead.
Where does the waste go?
We double-bag the waste and place it in your own bin. For an additional fee we can transport it to a local dumpsite. For HOAs, apartment communities and parks, bagged waste goes into the community's own on-site dumpster or compactor.
Do you clean in the rain?
Yes, we clean yards in the rain with ponchos on.
What if the yard is heavily soiled?
If the yard is significantly soiled we'll charge an Initial Yard Cleanup — from $50 for the first 30 minutes, then $1 per minute until it's done. Start recurring service the same day and we'll credit $20 toward your first month.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Pinellas County and the surrounding Tampa Bay area.
Is deodorizing safe for pets?
Absolutely, we utilize an eco-friendly kennel-grade deodorizer that is safe for your dogs while refreshing your yard.
