Initial Yard Cleanup (First-Time or Heavy Buildup)
If your yard hasn’t been serviced recently or has heavy buildup, an Initial Yard Cleanup may be required before starting routine service.
Starts at $50 for first 30 min
If you start recurring service the same day, we can apply $20 credit toward your first 4-week cycle
Recurring pricing assumes normal accumulation based on the selected service frequency.
Excessive accumulation beyond that scope is billable separately.

Do I need to be home?
No, we can ensure your yard is left spotless by the time you arrive, as long as we have access to it.
What happens if my dog is in the yard?
You will need to confine the dog to a secure area so that we can safely clean the yard.
Where does the waste go?
We will securely double bag the pet waste and dispose of it in your dumpster. For an additional fee, we can also transport it to a local dumpsite.
Do you clean in the rain?
Yes, we clean yards in the rain with ponchos on.
What if the yard is heavily soiled?
Should the yard be significantly soiled, we will have to apply a charge for the Initial Yard Cleanup. However, if you opt for our monthly service, we will credit $20 towards your first invoice.
