Cleaner Common Areas. Fewer Complaints. One Invoice.
Pet waste station service and common-area trash receptacle routes for HOAs, apartment communities, and municipal parks across Tampa Bay. Set schedules, photo confirmation on every visit, flat monthly billing.
Family-owned · Licensed & insured · MWBE #145433 · SBA-certified WOSB
You already know how this goes.
- The waste stations run out of bags, and once they're empty residents stop using them.
- Common-area bins are full by Saturday and overflowing by Sunday afternoon.
- Board meetings turn into complaint sessions about the dog park.
- Your current vendor doesn't tell you when something's broken — a resident does.
We fix that with a route, a schedule, and a photo after every single visit.

When the receptacle surcharge applies — and when it doesn’t
It depends on how your property is laid out, and we settle it at the walkthrough.
Truck-served route — no surcharge. If our truck can reach each station and receptacle, bags go straight into the bins and tarped bed we carry and the whole property clears in one run to your dumpster. No extra handling, so no extra charge.
Walk-served route — $2 per receptacle, per visit. If the truck can’t reach them and our tech has to carry each bag to your dumpster on foot, that’s a separate walk for every receptacle on every visit. The surcharge covers it.
Most single-entrance HOAs are truck-served and pay nothing extra. Spread-out apartment communities and parks with the dumpster at one end are usually walk-served.
Bag supply
$80 per month per 3 stations. Partial blocks round up. Receptacle liners are included up to your contracted count, whichever route type you have.
One flat monthly rate
Set after a free walkthrough of your property. No surprises, and no per-visit invoices for your team to reconcile.
21-station community
Monday / Wednesday / Friday · 13 visits a month · truck-served- 21 stops × $7 × 13 visits $1,911

- Bag supply — 4 blocks of 3 stations $320
One invoice, one vendor, one phone number
Your property manager gets a single predictable line item instead of a stack of per-visit charges to code and approve.
Where the waste goes
Bagged waste is placed in your community’s own on-site dumpster or compactor. We don’t haul it off-site — which keeps your service simple, your costs predictable, and everyone on the right side of local solid-waste rules.
If your property has no on-site container, off-site disposal is available as a separately quoted add-on.
