We do not remove hazardous waste such as chemicals, paints, oils, asbestos, or biohazards. This ensures the safety of your family, our team, and the environment.
Hazard & Pest Policy
To protect our customers and team members, we maintain a strict Hazard and Pest Policy:
Hazardous Materials: Items such as chemicals, medical waste, asbestos, or flammable substances cannot be collected.
Infested Items: Furniture or junk showing signs of active pests (bed bugs, cockroaches, rodents, etc.) must be treated or cleared before removal.
Mold & Mildew: For items with visible mold, we may require extra precautions or recommend our Mold Indication Service (see Add-Ons) before removal.
Safe Access: All junk must be reasonably safe to handle and accessible for our team to remove.
Our services
1/4 Load - Small Pickup
A budget-friendly option for light cleanouts. This covers about 3–5 cubic yards of junk — think a small bedroom set, several bags/boxes, or a loveseat.
1/2 Load - Medium Cleanup
Great for bigger jobs like garage clutter, medium furniture sets, or multiple bulky items. About 6–8 cubic yards of space, enough for half a truck.
3/4 Load- Semi-Large Cleanout
Perfect when you’ve got more than half a truck’s worth but not quite a full load. About 9–11 cubic yards — ideal for large cleanouts, multiple furniture pieces, or bulky yard debris.
Full Load - Large Cleanout
For big jobs that fill the truck. About 12–15 cubic yards of space — enough for garage or estate cleanouts, full-room furniture, or heavy construction debris.
Single Item Pickup
Ideal for when you just need one bulky item gone. Perfect for a couch, mattress, appliance, or TV. We’ll haul it away fast and responsibly.
