At HFCS, a family-owned junk removal business serving the Tampa Bay area, we are always on the lookout for dedicated individuals to join our team. We offer a variety of positions that cater to different skills and interests, ensuring that you can find a role that suits you best.

Junk Removal Helpers & Leads

Help load and unload items, sort materials, and assist with safe hauling. You’re a good fit if you can safely lift 50–75 lbs (or more for some jobs), are comfortable working outdoors, communicate well with both the team and customers, and show up on time and ready to work. Leads may also drive trucks, direct helpers on-site, and communicate directly with customers about the job.

Perform standard and deep cleanings for residential properties, and sometimes add-on services. You’re a good fit if you have experience with residential or commercial cleaning, pay attention to detail, can follow checklists and company policies, and respect customers’ homes and privacy.
