⚠️ Heavy Item Surcharge
Items over 200 lbs or requiring special handling (appliances, pianos, safes, hot tubs, home gyms) carry an additional surcharge starting at $50. This is always confirmed with you upfront — no surprises.
🚫 Items We Cannot Remove
We do not haul hazardous materials(chemicals, paint, oil, asbestos, medical waste), pest-infested items(active bed bugs, cockroaches — must be treated first), or items with visible mold without extra precautions.
📋 Overage Billing Policy
If your actual load exceeds your selected plan tier, you are billed for additional units of your plan tier to cover the full load. This is always communicated before we proceed — never charged without notice.

⚠️ Heavy Buildup — Initial Cleanup
If the yard has not been serviced recently or has heavy buildup, an Initial Yard Cleanup is required before recurring service begins. Starts at $50 for the first 30 minutes. If you sign up for recurring service the same day, we apply a $20 credit toward your first 4-week cycle.
↑ Bi-Weekly & Monthly Surcharge
Bi-weekly and monthly frequencies allow waste to accumulate between visits, requiring more labor per visit. A 20% heavy buildup surcharge is added to these plans. Upgrading to weekly or 2× weekly avoids this charge entirely.
✓ No Long-Term Contracts
All pet waste removal plans are billed in 4-week cycles with no long-term contract required. Cancel anytime. Skipped visits due to access issues are not refundable unless service was not performed by HFCS.
